107 new trees. Two companies. One sustainable future. Satbayev University is getting greener!

This October, our campus became home to 107 new trees  — thanks to two inspiring environmental initiatives that brought together our partners, students, and university community.

October 8, 2025: Novo Nordisk Kazakhstan, together with Medservice Plus and ECO Network, planted 30 pine trees on the Satbayev University campus. The project is part of Novo Nordisk’s mission to promote environmental culture and ESG principles in Kazakhstan.

October 3, 2025: Fix Price contributed 77 seedlings — 7 pines, 35 lilacs, and 35 Syrian roses — as part of their “Together for Good Deeds” initiative. Our students took part in planting them, creating a greener and more sustainable campus environment.

These initiatives reflect Satbayev University’s long-term commitment to sustainability, urban ecology, and student engagement in real environmental actions. A special thanks goes to Yevgeniy Mukhamedzhanov, an inspiring eco-activist and leader of environmental initiatives at Satbayev University, whose energy and dedication made this possible.
