The Satbayev University Situation Center for dormitory placement will operate from July 15 to September 10, 2025.
Center address: 2 Gabdullin St.

University staff at the center provide consultations to applicants, students, and their parents regarding dormitory accommodation.

Application submission periods:
• For 1st-year students: August 10 – August 25, 2025
• For senior-year students: August 10 – August 20, 2025

Applications are accepted through the university's online platform:
dormitory.satbayev.university

Note: Documents are accepted in electronic format only.

Room allocation procedure:
The selection committee will review student applications based on accommodation priorities in accordance with Order No. 219 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022. Allocation is for 1st to 5th-year undergraduate students.
