Rector's congratulations on Victory Day 2026

Dear colleagues and students!

I congratulate you on Victory Day, a day of remembrance, gratitude and deep respect for those who defended the world at the cost of enormous trials and losses.

May 9 reminds us of the courage of front-line soldiers, the dedication of home front workers and the huge price that was paid for the Victory over fascism, for the opportunity to live under a peaceful sky. Decades later, the memory of the heroic deed of the victorious generation remains an important part of our common history, unites people of different nationalities, and serves as a moral guideline.

Satbayev University cherishes the memory of teachers and students who went to the front in the  war’s early days, and those who, during the most difficult years, contributed to the growth of engineering education and the military specialists training in Kazakhstan. Their steadfastness, responsibility and dedication to the country will forever remain an example for young people.

Let me wish you good health, prosperity, peace and harmony. May there be peace, mutual support and confidence in the future in every home.
