Satbayev University and University College of Computer Science and Technology Signed a Memorandum of Understanding

Satbayev University and the University College of Computer Science and Technology (CCST) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.

This agreement opens new opportunities for Satbayev University students and faculty members. Starting from the next semester, students will be able to participate in the academic mobility program and study at one of the world’s leading universities - CCST.

Both parties also agreed to strengthen academic collaboration, implement joint educational and research projects, and discussed the potential launch of a double-degree program.

The Zhejiang University College of Computer Science and Technology (CCST) neighbors the picturesque West Lake and Laohe Mountain. Since its inception in 1978, it has become a harbor where groups of young students start their dream and a place where generations of scholars endeavor. In 2020, It is ranked among top 11th by U.S. News and top 40th by Times Higher Education Ranking in the subject of computer science globally.

ZJU CCST takes pride in its unique combination of computer science and art & design. It is comprised of 6 departments, including Department of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Technology, Information Security, Software Engineering, Industrial Design, and Digital Media and Internet Technology. To carry out innovative and multi-disciplinary research, CCST owns 6 research institutes/centers, including 2 national key labs, and 12 provincial key labs.
