An exhibition of posters dedicated to "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign opened at Satbayev University
A student exhibition of posters created within the framework of Republican "Taza Kazakhstan" environmental initiative has opened at Satbayev University. Architecture and Construction Institute’s students presented works made using artificial intelligence and traditional artistic techniques. Through visual images, the participants strive to draw attention to environmental issues and human responsibility towards nature.
In line with Ilona Antonova, a future architect, whose work reflects the fragility of Almaty's mountain ecosystems: "Mountains are an important symbol of our city. Unfortunately, people often leave behind garbage, which harms nature and animals, such as the endangered white leopard. By saving the mountains, we are also saving ourselves."
“Graphic Design” students also took part in creating the exhibition. Yegor Shagayev, a third-year student, noted the significance of the project for forming the environmental awareness among young people: "As part of the given campaign, we developed socially significant posters to remind people that much more can be fixed, and the responsibility for the clean Kazakhstan lies with each of us."
The environmental exhibition has become part of University's support for initiatives aimed at developing the culture of respect for nature. Satbayev University continues to strengthen the participation of students in social and environmental projects, forming an active civic position of future specialists.
