Memory is stronger than time - Satbayev University students and teachers have put the memorials of war heroes in order

As part of celebrating the Defender's Day and 80^th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, students and teachers of Satbayev University Military Affairs Institute held a patriotic rally under "Nothing is forgotten, no one is forgotten. Your feat is eternal!" slogan. Within the campaign, participants visited the burial sites of the heroes, cleaned up the memorial sites, repaired the obelisks and cleaned the monuments.

The event was held in the spirit of "Taza Kazakhstan" national campaign and became an example of respect for historical memory. The youth not only paid tribute to the feat of their ancestors, but also contributed to urban environment improvement by removing garbage and restoring memorial sites. This symbolic connection of caring for the past and the present has become a powerful reminder that true gratitude manifests itself in actions.
