Satbayev University hosted “Law and Order” lecture on minor offenses
Satbayev University hosted a preventive lecture on "Law and Order", which was conducted by district police inspector Daniyar Aziken.
The students were told about the most common violations that often bring young people under administrative or even criminal liability. The lecturer stressed that the purpose of the meeting was not to intimidate, but to warn and explain the real consequences that ordinary, at first glance, actions can have.
Special attention was paid to swearing, smoking and disturbing public order. According to RK Code on administrative offences, such behavior is considered minor hooliganism and can lead to a fine or administrative arrest. It was emphasized that smoking is prohibited on the territory of educational institutions, in entrances, at bus stops and in crowded places, and cases of violations are recorded and sent to the leadership.
The students were also reminded of the risks of droppery, when young people are offered “easy earnings” through bank cards. The inspector explained that such actions are often associated with fraud, can lead to criminal liability and cause serious problems with employment and travel abroad. Concluding the lecture, Daniyar Aziken urged students to remember that the law exists to protect, not punish, and that their own responsibility and respect for others shape their future opportunities.
